Every person has some dreams hidden in their heart. Those dreams have been thought long ago in the heart of that person and the person has decided to cherish those dreams even make them their life purpose. The problem is in some states or locations people go to search for the places to implement their dreams far from their native homes. If in a given state or location all young people are living to go searching for opportunities elsewhere, then that location will become a desolate place. And if you consider taking the time and learn why people are leaving those places, you will find that because of some simple reasons. Or even if those reasons would be complicated it does not mean that people cannot find solutions to them. Probably the people in those locations lack solidarity among them. There is nothing better than to realize one’s dream in their native village or town. So, if you have some problems in your native town or state that are hindering you from achieving your goals or dreams, then you need solidarity. The truth is, if those problems are there, there are not personal. Everyone else has also notice or experienced them. Personal problems can be overcome by personal efforts, and common problems can also be overcome collectively. So, people in those states or locations need to work together to address and find solutions to those problems. That is what is needed. This is a matter of leadership. Sometimes, people in leadership positions elected by citizens, do not see those problems or they are just indifferent toward those problems. But if one person from the government position or a simple citizen stands and addresses those problems through the media or conference meeting, then that person will get support from people and leaders and so the solution will be provided. Such people are very needed to save the reputation of their states or home towns and create the opportunity for the future for the people in those locations. You can decide to be that person and all the credits will be given to you. But first, you need to see and understand those problems faced from different perspectives, not just yours. And for you to do that, you need to visit different people from different walks of life in your state and get to know their fears and problems. Take time and plan that. Reach out to people of all ages. Then you will have a broad sense of comprehension of the problems. The other thing is that those people will also help you to reason some of the effective and potential ideas that you should be exercised to find solutions for those problems that the human population is facing and causing them to move into other areas. You have to be proactive regarding those proposed solutions; because if you do not try to put them in practice then problems will remain problems. And when it comes to implementing them you will need people to support you in terms of skills and/ or finance. Now that you have implemented those ideas, then your people will thrive in their native villages and counties and that is prosperity.
