Ministry in Christian terms are activities done by the members to suit the vision and mission of the church and grow the members in Christ. These are platforms that will grow the ministry God has put inside of you and in the long run, make you grow for when we give we receive even more. The atmosphere. How is the worship done, is it Christ-centered. Do the church members speak well or in language that shows respect to the church pastor and church elders. There a true spirit of faith for we in Church we are meant to worship in truth and in Spirit. Is there unity in the church? How do the brethren view each other do they seem divided in their speech and social interactions? A church where Christ is worshiped in truth and in spirit should have these qualities. John 4:24, For God, is Spirit, and those who worship him must worship him in truth and in spirit.
Check the structures of the church too. The outward appearance van tells a lot about the pastoral team of the church. A good well-done structure where expensively done or not goes to show that they take ministry seriously and that they have respect for the congregation. Where things are taken seriously it shows the direction and eventual success in their mission and vision.
